Reading the site

Our hosting provider may process technical information needed to deliver pages and keep the site secure, such as your IP address, browser details, requested pages and request time. Links to other publishers and image credits take you to their own sites, which have separate privacy practices.

Contacting us

If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, subject and message you provide. We use those details to respond to your enquiry or correction. The form delivers email through Resend. You can also contact us directly at ionut.baltag@gmail.com. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information through the form.

Maps and comments

The contact page embeds Google Maps, which may process information about your visit under Google's policies. Article pages offer Facebook Comments; its software is loaded only after you choose “Load Facebook comments.” If you use that feature, Meta may process information according to its own policies.

Advertising and cookies

Worldbrief may display Google AdSense advertising. When enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar identifiers to serve and measure ads, including ads based on visits to this and other sites. You can learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services and manage ad personalisation through Google's partner-sites explanation and My Ad Center. Where required, visitors will be offered choices through a consent management interface before eligible ads are served.
